Trailcare (Before/After Care)

Babcock Neighborhood School, Inc. is fully committed to providing families with wrap-around care (before and after school) to meet their needs. Trailcare was created with two main objectives: to ensure a reliable and safe environment for students, and to offer experiences that promote enriched child development beyond classroom learning. Trailcare allows families to have flexibility in determining what best fits their needs from extended care to engagement in clubs. Some of the clubs we offer include:

• LEGO 

• Dance 

• Yoga

• Cooking 

• Art

New clubs are introduced per quarter and are chosen based on interest and the ability to secure staff and volunteers to offer specific programs. Club Sign-Ups are available on MySchoolBucks for payment and sign-up.

For 2024-2025 pick-up and before-care drop-off during construction, please use the designated parking off to the side of the road across from the roundabout at the front of the school (going toward Founder’s Square) only. Walk across the crosswalk and ring the front office bell located on the camera to the left of the door. Please have your ID present to show the camera for entry.

2024-2025 Trailcare Hours and Fees

Morning Program: 7:00am-7:45am

•     $10/day 
•     $30/week
•     $256.50/quarterly (5% off for paying in advance)

Afternoon Program: 3:00pm-6:00pm

•     $25/day
•     $75/week
•     $573.75/quarterly (15% off for paying in advance)*
•     *Includes 1 Free Club Quarterly

**All rates are a flat rate and will not be adjusted due to days off.

***There is a one-time $50 registration fee each new school year. This fee is due by September 1st and can be paid for on MySchoolBucks.
